Small batch Australian craft gin grown and distilled in Queensland’s beautiful South Burnett. The base spirit is crafted from Clovely Estate's grapes.
With Moore gin you'll be lifting the savoury levels a little higher. On the nose the
gin is exactly as you would expect from the name. Delightful herbaceous characters from the earthy botanicals. With bay leaf singing amongst the others. Moore gin is bright and vibrant, slightly spicy with hints of pepper and notes of lavender. Great with food if you don’t feel like opening a bottle of wine.
Botanicals: Coriander, Orris and Liquorice roots, Lavender, Cardamom, Cubeb Pepper, Nutmeg, Cassia and Bay Leaf
